We’ve planned lots of fun in and around Santa Cruz, CA. Come and go as you please.

THURSDAY: 05.07.26

  • Location nNear Aptos (TBD).

    7pm

  • Campers can check-in to the Heartwood Fairgrounds starting at 11am.

    If you’re staying at the Heartwood venue, come meet your campground host and tour your sleeping quarters.

  • Starting at 2pm.

    Throughout Friday afternoon we’ll be setting up for the weekend, rehearsing our vows and hosting our Friends and Family to some casual games at the Heartwood campgrounds.

    “Bring your (friendly) competitive spirit.”

  • Starting around 8pm.

    After our rehearsal duties, join the wives-to-be by the campfire for smores and spooky readings.

    Bring your acoustical instruments and camp chairs.

FRIDAY: 05.08.26

SATURDAY: 05.09.26

  • Ceremony start at 3pm and please allow for 45 mins of travel time from Santa Cruz.

    Location: Amphitheater of the Redwoods at Pema Osel Ling

    Overnight camping and parking strongly encouraged. The route back is dark and windy and should not be driven if drinking at all. Uber/Lyft will not be reliable.

  • The reception, buffet style dinner & dancing to immediately follow the ceremony.

SUNDAY: 05.10.26

  • Zelda’s On the Beach in Capitola with views of the Pacific Ocean.

    Sarah & Steph will be arriving around 2pm with tables reserved on the outdoor patio.
