Lodging InfoSarah & Steph will be lodging at the venue (aka Heartwood Fairgrounds) for all nights. We welcome your company but understand that rustic living in the wilderness isn’t for all.
For those that would be more comfortable with traditional lodging, we recommend staying at a hotel for better access to sightseeing and for ease of getting ready. Note that the wedding venue is about 30 minutes into the mountains and it may be difficult to use Uber/Lyft as a reliable mode for transportation night of the wedding.
For those that are comfortable living off-grid (poor cell service / no wifI) and immersing to the California forest, we welcome you to disconnect and camp out (or bunk) with us at the Heartwood Fairgrounds.
Book a Hotel We’ve reserved a wedding block at the Seacliff Inn. Tapestry Collection by Hilton is our first recommendation as it’s central to lots of Santa Cruz attractions as well as the wedding venue. If you’d like to check-out Saturday afternoon and camp out with us for the Big Day you are more than welcome!
Please use Special Rate- Group Code - p7
Located: 30 mins (each way) from the Wedding Venue, 1 hour from SJC Airport and 15 mins from the Santa Cruz Pier.

Book a CampsiteOur wedding venue has campsites!… but space is limited and it is first come, first serve. The campsites have a shared bathhouse with indoor plumbing and cooking space with refrigeration available for meal prep throughout the weekend.
If you want to book a campsite, all payments must be received by February 9, 2026. Lodging is prepay only as we have to pay the venue 90 days in advance. Feel free to contact us for more specifics or reply via RSVP window. Payment will be through Zelle or Venmo with your name, date(s) you’d like to reserve, and whether you want a “camp” or “bunk.”
Campgrounds will open for Check-in: 3pm and Check-out: 11am
PLEASE NOTE: The campground and venue have a very strict NO SMOKING (anything) policy with an enforceable $1,500 fine.
