Why HEARTWOOD?

The California's coast redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) is unique to the our region. The Santa Cruz mountains is one of the forests that still retain the species for millennia. It’s resilient attributes serve to protect themselves as well as the whole community. They continue to adapt to climate changes and human distribution.

Heartwood is the darker wood at the center of the tree. It keeps the tree tall and strong, giving support. The heartwood also stores water.

Bumble for the Win

Our dating profiles put our true values forward and left no surprises. Sarah is down for cider donuts and will brew coffee everyday. Steph will always gravitate to bodies of water and pick up bricks. It’s still about the looks and doing fun stuff is our brand. We look forward to sharing our celebrations and having you at the inaugural Heartland Wedding Festival.
